About Leah Barrow:
A Sport Psychologist (iT) working with athletes, coaches, teams and businesses. Her services cover performance, athlete mental health well being, team culture, and coaching. Leah is a person-centred practitioner, helping people thrive as performers and human beings. She provides 1-1 individual support, workshops and group based sessions to improve mental fitness.
Leah’s lived experience as an international level 400/800m runner has enabled her to employ what she has learnt about sport, underpinned by evidence-based practice, to use within her services. Utilising Sport Psychology whilst competing inspired her to pursue a career in this area, wholeheartedly understanding the value it can bring.
