About your speaker:
Tim Egerton is a former England Championship 1500m medallist and 3:45 runner. He is now pursuing his Doctorate at St Mary’s University, with a research focus on strength training for endurance runners. He also works with a number of runners through his business, Foxwood Personal Training.
