There will be a separate E-mail sent out to all competitors. This will have details of a Track & Trace questionnaire. This will need to be filled out before Thursday evening as without it you will not be able to access the track.

RACE DAY INFORMATION
Dear athlete, official, coach, volunteer,
I hope you are as excited as we are about this Thursday’s event!
Please find attached below the link to the form that must be completed by 15:00 PM on Thursday at the latest:
- COVID DECLARATION FORM:
- Anyone failing to complete the form above will not be admitted to the facility as per the conditions of our event permit.
- If you are being accompanied by a ‘plus one’ or a personal coach to the event, it is your responsibility as the athlete to forward this message to them. They must also complete the form above – or will be denied access to the site.
- Reminderthat if you or any member of your household develops Covid-type symptoms or has a positive test result that you should not attend the event and self-isolate.
- You can only have one other person accompany you to the event!
Race Day Protocols
- All attendees must complete a Covid Medical Declaration Form within 72 hours of the event (link above)
- All attendees will be asked to wear a facemask on arrival for a safe check-in and requested to wear at all times on site (unless competing or warming up/down)
- Only Athletes and Officials may enter the competition area.
Spectators/Coaches
- THERE ARE NO SPECTATORS ALLOWED in the competition/track area.
- Spectators may view the entire competition from behind the track fencing.
Registration
- Race numbers will be collected at the University Sport and Active Lifestyles main entrance, opposite the new building with a red top. Numbers will be clearly labelled with your name and somebody will be there to assist.
Warm-up/Competition
- Athletes will be permitted onto the track/back straight 30 min prior to their event start, please listen to the officials and volunteers to maintain safety around other events in the programme.
- Athletes may warm up on the trail around the outside of the track or use the campus making sure you leave and return by the one-way system in place.
- Athletes will abide by UKA rules of competition.
Changing/Toilets
- Due to the conditions, no changing is available.
- Toilets are located in the changing room facilities alongside the hockey pitch.
Event Catering
- University Sport will have refreshment areas open to purchase teas and coffees.
- We strongly encourage all athletes and attendees to bring ample food and drink for the duration of their stay.
- Bins will be provided throughout the site for disposal of any rubbish, please do not leave any items/rubbish on site when you leave.
The Race
- The race results will go on the BMC website as well as the Power of 10.
