Young Athletes Virtual League - Final Table

Sorry for the delay but I have finally got around to completing the BMC Young Athlete Virtual League.

Points are allocated to each junior athlete (from U11 to U20) that competes in any of the four BMC PB Classic's at Millfield, Trafford, Watford and Coventry in 2008.

In each event (800m, 1500m, 3000m, etc) all athletes will be ranked in time order and then allocated points. There will be 100 points for the fastest time down to 1 point for the 100th ranked time for both males and females at each of the venues.
There will also be a ten point bonus for winning a race.

After the first two rounds at Millfield and Watford Yate held a commanding lead over AFD and West Norfolk before the action moved further north for the final two meetings at Stretford and Coventry. It didn't appear to matter where the meetings were as Yate continued their dominanceand will be rewarded with a cheque for £100.
In total 140 different clubs competed in the four fixtures from as far North as Edinburgh down to Cornwall, and from Carmarthen in the West to West Norfolk in the East
