The BMC is the premier middle distance athletics club in the country. Through its racing program, training courses and coaching articles we aim to improve the world standing of UK Middle Distance running. The club works in close partnership with UK Athletics in the organisation of its fixtures and courses and generous sponsorship from Nike allows the club to provide the services its members require.
